Every Sunday morning from 8 to noon 105.7 KOKZ brings you American Top 40 the 80’s!  This Sunday Casey Kasem plays the top songs from December 11th, 1982, it’s where I found today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 from Chicago with “Love Me Tomorrow”.

From their Chicago 16 album, this was the band’s first album on a new label (Warner Brothers) and a new producer as Chicago worked with super producer David Foster on the project.  Leaning on the soft rock vocals of Peter Cetera, the album delivered a #1 song with “Hard To Say I’m Sorry” and “Love Me Tomorrow” was the follow-up single, reaching #22 on the charts.

Remember this was in the earlier days of MTV, and Peter Cetera said the videos for both songs were shot on the same day.  Check out Chicago with “Love Me Tomorrow” today’s Forgotten 45.
