The song was the 2nd hit from his hugely successful debut album following the success of “Ride Like the Wind”. Christopher admits that “Sailing” is his favorite song from the album, and it originally wasn’t meant to be released as a single. Not only that, it was recorded using the 3M digital recording system, becoming the first digitally recorded songs to chart.
