Every Saturday night from 9 to midnight on 105.7 KOKZ is a three hour 80’s party with Nina Blackwood’s Absolutely 80’s! You can hear today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 on this weekend’s show from Peter Gabriel it’s “Big Time”.
Of course the 80’s were dominated by the influence of MTV and Peter Gabriel took advantage with some of the most creative videos. “Big Time” was the 4th of 5 hits from his 1986 Grammy Award nominated album “So” selling over 5 million copies and featuring hits like “Sledgehammer”, and “In Your Eyes”. “Big Time” was his second top 10 hit, peaking at #8.
