105.7 KOKZ is your home for classic American Top 40 every weekend!  Saturday morning at 9, Casey Kasem features the top songs from March 6th, 1976, it’s where I found today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 from the Bellamy Brothers with “Let Your Love Flow”.

Howard and David Bellamy were brothers who worked as studio musicians in Tampa, Florida when a song written by David called “Spiders and Snakes” became a hit for Jim Stafford.  At his urging, the brothers moved to Los Angeles, where they hit a homerun with their first hit song.  “Let Your Love Flow” was a #1 hit in May of 1976 and was a smash world-wide.

They went on to become mainstays on the Country chart recording 10 number one hits and 25 top 10 songs.

Check out a very awkward lip-synched TV performance of “Let Your Love Flow”, today’s Forgotten 45!
