Tomorrow is Michael Stipe’s 63rd birthday, so today we go back to 1991 for their final top 10 hit. It also features the B-52’s Kate Pierson on vocals. It went on to be the final top 10 hit for the band, who by the way doesn’t really care for the song. Stipe called it “fruity, kind of a bubblegum song.”
