We were all saddened to hear of the passing of Olivia Newton-John yesterday at the age of 73. She battled breast cancer three different times and was a tireless advocate for raising money to fight the disease and will remain so even in death.
Yesterday was the 42nd anniversary of the release of Xanadu the movie on 8/8/80. The movie started Olivia, Michael Beck, and Gene Kelly in his final movie role. The movie was widely panned by the critics but did deliver music by ELO, Cliff Richard, The Tubes, and of course ONJ.
