Happy 72nd Birthday to Louis Andrew Grammatico, better known as Lou Gramm, the lead singer of Foreigner. To celebrate one of rock’s greatest singers, I went back to the Foreigner 4 album for today’s Forgotten 45, “Break It Up”.
The song was the 4th single from their monster album their #1 album that sold over 6 million copies and gave us great songs like “Jukebox Hero”, “Waiting for a Girl Like You”, and “Urgent”. “Break It Up” reached #26 on the charts in 1982.
