This Sunday morning at 8 join Casey Kasem for another classic American Top 40 show from the 80’s.  This weekend he’ll count down the top songs from October 30th, 1982, it’s where I found today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 from Alan Parsons Project with “Eye in the Sky”.

Between 1976 and 1984, the Alan Parsons Project hit the top 40 eight different times with classics like “Games People Play” and “Don’t Answer Me”, but there biggest chart hit was “Eye in the Sky” the title track to their 6th studio album.  It was certified platinum and “Eye in the Sky” went all the way to #3.

You might be familiar with the instrumental intro “Sirius” which was used by the Chicago Bulls for the introduction of their players like Michael Jordan!  On the charts in May 1982 it’s the Alan Parsons Project with “Eye in the Sky” it’s today’s Forgotten 45.
