In December of 1982 the band released their debut album “Kissing To Be Clever” in the U.S. and introduced audiences to Boy George as their song “Do You Really Want to Hurt Me” put them in the spotlight around the world. In the Summer of ’83 they released “I’ll Tumble 4 Ya” and became the first band since The Beatles to have three top 10 hits on their first album.
