The legendary Bob Seger is celebrating birthday #81 today so for our Forgotten 45 at 3:45, I have his last top 40 hit from 1991 it’s “The Real Love”.
Detroit born and raised, Bob Seger had a career that spanned six decades, with hit songs in the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s selling out arenas around the world and selling over 75 million albums with classic tunes like “Night Moves”, “Against the Wind”, and “Old Time Rock & Roll”, he recorded 21 top 40 hits. The last being “The Real Love” a song that went to #24 on the charts in 1991.
Good solid Heartland rock or as I call it “gravel road music”. It’s Bob Seger with “The Real Love” it’s today’s Forgotten 45.
