Today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 can be heard again Saturday night from 9 to midnight on Absolutely 80’s with Nina Blackwood. From the Thompson Twins it’s “Doctor Doctor”.
The band out of Britain recorded 7 top 40 hits in the U.S. in the 80’s and their most successful album was “Into the Gap” released in 1984. The album included their biggest hit “Hold Me Now” which went to #3 and “Doctor Doctor” was the follow-up single and it went to #11 on the Hot 100.
