Sir Paul McCartney takes the stage at the Casey’s Center in Des Moines tonight, so for today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 we go back to 1976 for Wings with “Let ‘Em In”.

Paul’s “Got Back” tour will be in the Twin Cities on Friday night and will wrap-up the week of Thanksgiving with two shows at the United Center in Chicago.  The 83 year old performer has sold over 100 million records and won every award possible in the industry.

In the 70’s Paul & Linda McCartney created Wings, a band that recorded 7 studio albums and 23 Top 40 hits.  “Let ‘Em In” was the follow-up single to the #1 song “Silly Love Songs” from “Wings At the Speed of Sound” and it went to #3 in 1976.
