Night Ranger was formed in 1982 in San Francisco and had a very nice run of success in that decade selling 17 million records. Of course best known for their hit “Sister Christian”, the band also scored top 40 hits with “When You Close Your Eyes” and “Sentimental Street”.
“Goodbye” was their 6th and final top 40 hit and the 4th release from their “7 Wishes” album. The song went to #17 on the charts in 1985. Check out Jack Blades and Night Ranger with “Goodbye” it’s our Friday Forgotten 45.
