This Saturday on American Top 40 the 70’s we have a 4 hour show! Casey Kasem takes over at 8am for the top songs from April 14th, 1979, it’s where I found today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 from the Little River Band with “Lady”.
Appearing on the platinum album “Sleeper Catcher”, the band continued their streak of top 40 hits with songs like “Reminiscing” and “Lady” which became the band’s 6th American hit reaching #10 on the charts.
The band is currently out on their 50th Anniversary Tour and doing dates this week in El Paso, Texas and Albuquerque, New Mexico appearing with Three Dog Night. Check out the video to “Lady” from the Little River Band, it’s today’s Forgotten 45.
