The song appears on his “So” album, the one that propelled Peter from a cult artist to mainstream star. The first single “Sledgehammer” was a #1 hit with a classic video, followed by hits with “In Your Eyes”, and “Don’t Give Up”. “Big Time” reached #8 on the charts in ’87 and the album went on to sell over 5 million copies and was able to garner critical acclaim and commercial success.
