As you know, the singer songwriter passed away earlier this week at the age of 80. The singer had been battling Parkinson’s and Lewy body dementia for the past 6 years. After spending a few years as a member of the band Spooky Tooth, Gary broke through with his “Dream Weaver” album. The title track was a #2 hit as was “Love Is Alive”. His other top 40 hit was “Really Wanna Know You” which Mike Davis featured earlier in the week.
