This Saturday morning at 9, 105.7 KOKZ brings you American Top 40 the 70’s. This weekend Casey features the top songs from July 12th, 1975, you’ll find today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 on the show, from 10cc “I’m Not in Love”.
The song was the British band’s breakthrough hit worldwide, topping the charts in Canada and reaching #2 in the US. The song is known for it’s distinctive multi-track vocals, the group spent three weeks recording “ahhhh” 16 times, building up a “choir” of 48 different voices! Keep in mind, this was done long before digital technology, so they had to feed 12 feet of tape for the recording!
