The English new wave band burst on the scene in 1982 with their hits “I Ran (So Far Away)” and “Space Age Love Song”. “Wishing” was the first and only hit song from their second album “Listen”. It was a top ten hit in the UK, and reached #26 in the United States.
You can see the band at McGrath Amphitheatre in Cedar Rapids July 19th as part of the Totally Tubular 80’s party along with Strangelove, a Depeche Mode cover band.
