The song was the very first hit for the Australian band reaching #30 on the pop charts and #2 on the rock chart 40 years ago in the summer of 1983. All told, INXS delivered 9 top 40 hits in the United States and sold over 70 million albums worldwide, making them one of the top selling groups from down under.
