The Beverly Hills Cop II Soundtrack was certified platinum and featured Bob Seger’s “Shakedown”, George Michael with “I Want Your Sex”, and The Jets with “Cross My Broken Heart” a song that went to #7 on the charts in ’87.

The video for the song was the first to be shot at Paisley Park and while it doesn’t include scenes from the movie, it does show “Beverly Hills Cop II” on the movie marquee.  It’s The Jets with “Cross My Broken Heart” today’s Forgotten 45.
