Today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 is another birthday celebration as we send good wishes to Julian Lennon celebrating his 62nd today! His first solo hit was “Too Late For Goodbyes”.
Born on April 8th, 1963 in Liverpool to parents John & Cynthia Lennon, he was named for his grandmother Julia who had passed away five years before his birth. Julian Lennon started his musical journey in 1984 with the release of his album “Valotte”. Produced by Phil Ramone, the album was certified platinum and “Too Late For Goodbyes” went to #5 in March of ’85 becoming his first and biggest chart hit.
