105.7 KOKZ is your home for classic American Top 40 shows every weekend! This Sunday morning from 8 to noon, Casey Kasem counts down the top songs from December 12th, 1987. It’s where I found today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 from Expose with “Seasons Change”.
The all-female group is not one that comes to mind for setting records, but their run of 7 straight top 10 hits in the 80’s ranks only behind The Supremes (who had 9) in that category! Expose released their debut album “Exposure” in March of ’87 and it delivered four top 10 hits “Come Go With Me”, “Point of No Return”, “Let Me Be the One” and their only #1 song “Seasons Change”.
Their debut sold over 2 million copies and the band released two more albums and the band had their last top 40 hit in 1993 with “I’ll Never Get Over You Getting Over Me”. Today’s Forgotten 45 is from Expose with “Seasons Change”.
