Vic texted in earlier today at 319-364-1057 and wanted to hear “Axel F”. Well since it’s Judge Reinhold’s 67th birthday AND we starred along with Eddie Murphy in “Beverly Hills Cop”, it’s today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45!
Judge’s first major role was Brad Hamilton in the classic “Fast Times at Ridgemont High” (doesn’t anybody knock anymore?!). And his career gained even more momentum playing Detective Billy Rosewood in “Beverly Hills Cop” in 1984. In fact you can see him again in the Netflix movie Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F which will be available on July 3rd.
The theme song “Axel F” was a worldwide smash, reaching #1 in several countries and top 3 in the U.S. by German composer Harold Faltermeyer.
