Cyndi Lauper’s second album, ‘True Colors’ was a massive hit for her in 1986. Besides the title track topping the hot 100 for two weeks, her second single almost did the same!
“Change of Heart” was released in November 1986, and debuted on the Hot 100 at #67, but continued to climb due to air-play and MTV rotation. It peaked at #3!
The Bangles sang back up harmonies on this, as well!
