I had posted on facebook the other day about my annoying and anxiety inducing tinnitus. I’ve had a bout with tinnitus in the past that lasted a few hours at most… I’ve had this since late June or July and expected it to just go away.
After asking others who also suffer it, they offer suggestions on how to mask it or get used to it…. I’m sure, someday, if I continue to have it, it will be normal and won’t cause anxiety pangs through my body when I focus too much on it. But I’m suffering now. If you’re are too, I feel you.
