I was contacted by a listener who knew the reporter was looking to do a story on “long haulers” of COVID. That means, those of us with lasting effects from having the virus that affects our everyday lives, months later. I’ve mentioned on-air and in blogs that I still have fatigue, lack of energy, mind-fog, and getting extremely fatigued or “wiped out” after doing some active or strenuous physical work. These effects and many others are what many of the survivors of COVID report experiencing weeks and months after recovery.
I was interviewed as part of a story on COVID-19 “long haulers”.
