Another TuNesDay in the can and fun had by all. One of the TuNesDay topics that I like doing 3 or 4 times a year is, Wake-Up Tunes. It’s the Wake Up Call so, it just makes sense. I’ve also read a study that waking up with good music. It makes us happy, it improves brain functionality, lowers cortisol levels, boosts the immune system and fuels creativity! What else can you say other than…let’s go to the video!
