Vixen’s debut album was their biggest and best selling, thanks to two big singles and a LOT of MTV airplay.
The band consisted of four very talented and very beautiful woman who knew how to rock with the big boys of the day.
“Edge of a Broken Heart” came out as the first single and made it to #26 and is still the band’s most memorable song. However, the second single fared a little better and peaked at #22 on the Hot 100.
“Cryin'” did well on the radio and MTV because 1988 was the peak of the Hard Rock/Glam sound and these ladies did it better than most!
