For the Friday Forgotten 45 at 3:45 we wish a very happy 44th wedding anniversary to Pat Benatar and her husband Neil Giraldo, married on this date in 1982! From her 1982 album “Get Nervous” it’s Pat with “Little Too Late”.
Pat Benatar has had quite a career with 15 Top 40 hits, 4 Grammy award wins, and she’s a member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. On February 20th, 1982 she was married to her guitar player Neil in Hawaii and they continue to live happily ever after in California.
In the Fall of ’82 she released “Get Nervous” which was her 4th album. It featured the hits “Shadows of the Night” and “Little Too Late” a song that went to #20 on the charts.
Pat & Neil are also authors the children’s book “My Grandma and Grandpa Rock”, which was released last September. They do indeed rock! Happy Anniversary kids, check out Pat with “Little Too Late”.
