Anamosa

July 3, Downing Field, Walworth Avenue. Celebration 6p-10, children’s activities and a food stand.  Fireworks around 9:30.

Cedar Rapids

  • Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival – Celebration of Freedom Fireworks on July 4th.
  • Cedar Rapids Kernels after the games July 4th and 5th.

Central City

  • Fireworks on Friday, July 4 at the Linn County fairgrounds.

Charles City

  • Fourth of July Celebration on the Main Street bridge at 10pm

Coralville

  • Coralville’s annual 4thFest fireworks display in S.T. Morrison Park at dark, around 9:45 p.m.

Garnavillo

  • Fireworks July 4th at City Park

Independence

  • July 4th Fireworks over the Wapsipinicon River at 10 p.m. on July 4

Iowa City

July 5th over the Old Capitol at 9:30pm.

Marion

  • Marion’s 5th annual Fireworks and Fireflies celebration on July 3 at at Lowe Park, starting at 9:45 p.m.

Mechanicsville

  • Fireworks at dusk on 125th Street at dusk

 North Liberty

  • Fireworks display at 9:30 p.m. on July 3 in Penn Meadows Park

Oxford Junction

  • 4th of July fireworks display at dusk at Wapsi Park

Shellsburg

  • Fireworks at 9:45 p.m. on July 4, south edge of town

Shell Rock

  • Fireworks downtown at 10 p.m. on July 5

Tipton

Washington
