This Saturday morning on American Top 40 the 70’s, Casey Kasem features the top songs from April 23rd, 1977, it’s where I found today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 from Jennifer Warnes with “Right Time of the Night”.
Best known for her #1 movie soundtrack duets with Joe Cocker “Up Where We Belong” from An Officer and a Gentleman, and “I’ve Had the Time of My Life” with Bill Medley from Dirty Dancing, “Right Time of the Night” was the first hit for Jennfier which went to #6 on the chart in May of ’77.
