This Saturday morning at 9, Casey Kasem counts down the top 40 songs from April 9th, 1977! It’s where I found today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 from the Atlanta Rhythm Section with “So Into You”.
The Southern Rock band was formed in 1970 in Dallas…just kidding, just outside of Atlanta! ARS delivered 7 top 40 hits between 1974 and 1981 and 2 top 10 hits, “Imaginary Lover” and “So Into You” which was featured on their 1977 album “A Rock and Roll Alternative”.
