Sunday morning from 8 to noon, we bring you American Top 40 the 80’s and this weekend Casey features September 27th, 1986. It’s where I found today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 from Daryl Hall with “Dreamtime”.
Obviously best known for his work with John Oates, this was his most successful solo hit reaching #5 in October of 1986 on his second solo album “Three Hearts in a Happy Ending Machine”.
Daryl continues to tour and is on the road with Todd Rundgren and will be making tour stops in Minneapolis and Madison later this fall.
He’s also known for his terrific Live at Daryl’s House featuring live music with his band and other musical legends. I found a version of “Dreamtime” for you to enjoy for today’s Forgotten 45!
