The 2022 KXEL Celebrity Cow Milking contest was held this morning at the Cattle Congress Fairgrounds in Waterloo. After last years dismal performance by Mike Waters, Team KOKZ brought in a ringer, our very own Dawn Johnson!
Born and raised on a dairy farm in Wisconsin, Dawn was a 4H kid and took part in her county fairs growing up in Trempealeau County. Being a farmers daughter paid off for Dawn as she won the coveted Golden Cow Trophy which will now proudly be displayed in the KOKZ studio! The Cattle Congress Fair runs through Sunday.
