This Sunday on classic American Top 40, Casey Kasem takes us back to June 25th, 1988 and today’s Forgotten 45 at 3:45 can be heard again on this show. It’s from Robert Plant “Tall Cool One” a song that hit #25 back in ’88.
Of course best known as the front man of Led Zeppelin, Robert did have some solo success in the 80’s with songs like “Big Log” and “In the Mood” and of course his work with the Honeydrippers.
“Tall Cool One” was from his album Now and Zen and features samples of Zeppelin classics. Today Robert Plant is on tour with Allison Krauss.
