Every Saturday morning from 9 to noon Casey Kasem takes you back to the 70’s, this Saturday he features the top songs from April 2nd, 1977. One of the songs in the countdown is today’s Forgotten 45. “So Into You” was performed by Atlanta Rhythm Section.
I saw a You Tube comment that said “if Lynyrd Skynyrd and Steely Dan had a musical baby together it would be called the Atlanta Rhythm Section.” A perfect description.
“So Into You” was the first single from their album A Rock & Roll Alternative and went on to become their biggest hit song spending three weeks at #3 back in 77.
The Forgotten 45 is sponsored by Pro Wall Construction, they are seeking individuals with skills in finish carpentry, sheet rock, and finishing. They need experienced and semi-experienced workers. Call (641) 696-5919, veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
