I was looking for a fun Friday tune for the Forgotten 45 and I found one on Saturday’s American Top 40 from 1976 that you can hear from 9 to Noon. It’s from British band Sweet with “Action”.
Sweet was a sneaky good band in the 70’s with hits like “Little Willy”, “Ballroom Blitz”, “Fox on the Run”, and “Love Is Like Oxygen”. Action reached the top 20 on the charts back in ’76.
